92P Network meta-analysis of 1L treatments for advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer
Prior meta-analysis has suggested a progression-free survival (PFS) advantage for anti-PD1 agents plus chemotherapy (CT) vs anti-PD-L1+CT (excluding PARP inhibitors) in treatment of patients with 1L pMMR primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. In the NRG-GY018 trial (pembrolizumab (PEM)+CT vs. CT), 43% of control patients in the pMMR cohort switched to PEM arm before progression after achieving successful PFS (primary hypothesis) at interim analysis, confounding the subsequent PFS measures.
