122P The role of NKT cells in shaping the immunosuppressive microenvironment of high-grade serous ovarian cancer
High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) represents the most aggressive form of ovarian malignancy and is frequently diagnosed at advanced stages, leading to poor prognosis. Clinical responses to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors remain limited, and no immune checkpoint (ICP) inhibitors have been approved for HGSOC therapy. Thus, the aim of the study was to identify potential therapeutic targets in HGSOC via analyzing the expression of PD-1, TIGIT, and DNAM-1 on NKT cells derived from peripheral blood (PB), peritoneal fluid (PF), and tumor-infiltrating cells (TT), and evaluate their relationship with soluble forms of above ICPs.
