154P Ocular toxicity related to mirvetuximab soravtansine in ovarian cancer: A real-world analysis
Mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) is an antibody-drug conjugate targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα), approved for the treatment of patients with FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Ocular adverse events are common with MIRV and may require dose modifications. Real-world data on incidence, predictors and clinical impact remain limited. Therefore, the aim of this study was to address these gaps, including their association with treatment response, in patients receiving MIRV in a real-world setting.
