137P Mechanism investigation of targeting SIK2 to promote CD8+ T cell infiltration and enhance immunotherapy sensitivity in ovarian cancer
The tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment of ovarian cancer is extremely complex, resulting in generally low response rates to immunotherapy. Therefore, future breakthroughs to overcome the limitations of current therapeutic clinical benefits in ovarian cancer should focus on investigating the mechanisms underlying the formation of the immunosuppressive microenvironment and identifying novel precision intervention targets. This study aims to investigate the molecular pathway of Salt-induced kinase 2 (SIK2) regulating the recruitment of CD8+ T cells in the immune microenvironment of ovarian cancer and its effect on the therapeutic effect of PD1 inhibitors.
