35P Real-world impact of pembrolizumab-based chemoimmunotherapy in recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer: A large retrospective single-center series
Metastatic and recurrent cervical cancer remains associated with poor prognosis. The KEYNOTE-826 trial established a new standard of care combining the checkpoint inhibitor pembrolizumab with platinum-based chemotherapy, with or without bevacizumab. We evaluated the efficacy and tolerability of this combination in a real-world setting.
