149P Adjuvant radiotherapy outcomes for early stage (stage 1c-2) clear cell ovarian carcinoma in Edinburgh cancer centre
Standard of care for Clear Cell Ovarian Carcinoma (CCOC) Stage 1c – 2 is cytoreductive surgery and platinum chemotherapy. Adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) in Stage 1c2- 2a is recommended but supporting data is limited; a Canadian population based retrospective review (Hoskins et al.) demonstrated 20% improvement in 5yr DFS. Our aim was to compare outcomes of patients who received adjuvant RT in Edinburgh for early stage CCOC against those who did not.
