160P Lymphadenectomy in clinically node-negative ovarian cancer (FIGO I-III): A population-based analysis from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cancer Registry
The role of systematic lymphadenectomy (LND) in clinically node-negative ovarian cancer remains controversial. Although LND improves staging by detecting occult nodal metastases, it increases surgical morbidity and its therapeutic value is uncertain. We evaluated the diagnostic yield and survival association of LND in a population-based cohort.
