79P Indirect treatment comparisons of durvalumab + carboplatin/paclitaxel (CP) followed by durvalumab + olaparib vs pembrolizumab + CP followed by pembrolizumab and vs dostarlimab + CP followed by dostarlimab as first-line treatment for mismatch repa
In the RUBY-1, NRG-GY018, and DUO-E phase III advanced/recurrent endometrial cancer trials, efficacy rates with CP+immunotherapy were lower in the mismatch repair proficient (pMMR) vs deficient subpopulations. In DUO-E, adding olaparib maintenance to durvalumab after CP+durvalumab (CP+D+O) further enhanced progression-free survival (PFS) benefit vs CP alone in pMMR patients. We conducted indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs) to assess the relative efficacy and safety of CP+D+O (DUO-E) vs CP+pembrolizumab (Pembro; NRG-GY018) and CP+D+O (DUO-E) vs CP+dostarlimab (Dostar; RUBY-1) in pMMR patients.
