189eP No survival benefit from interval debulking surgery in elderly patients with advanced ovarian cancer: Evidence from real-world practice
Elderly patients with ovarian cancer are underrepresented in clinical trials and often receive less intensive treatment. The role of cytoreductive surgery, particularly interval debulking surgery (IDS), in this population remains unclear. We aimed to evaluate real-world outcomes and the impact of surgical strategies in elderly patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.
