187eP Endometrial cancer in Chile: Urgent need for public health prioritisation, 14 years of data from an academic centre (2010-2024)
Endometrial cancer (EC) is the 2nd most common gynaecologic cancer in Chile, with incidence and mortality steadily increasing. However, EC remains the only gynaecological cancer not designated as a public health priority and local data is scarce. We aimed to describe characteristics and survival of EC patients in a Chilean academic referral centre.
