157P Determinants of long-term disease-free survival in advanced ovarian cancer: A real-world analysis
A subset of patients with advanced ovarian cancer achieves long-term progression-free survival (PFS), yet determinants of durable remission remain unclear. We aimed to characterize patients achieving ≥ 5-year PFS and assess whether long-term outcomes are driven by treatment intensity or tumor biology.
