144P Mapping of clinically relevant antibody-drug conjugates targets by RNA sequencing in primary inoperable high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma before and after NACT in the NeoPembrOV/GINECO trial

Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) are an expanding therapeutic class in ovarian cancer (OC), with mirvetuximab soravtansine targeting FRα as the only approved ADC. Several other ADCs, directed against TROP2, CLDN6, CDH6, ERBB2, B7-H4, MSLN, F3 (Tissue Factor), MUC16 (CA125), and NaPi2b, are under clinical evaluation. Understanding how these targets behave before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) and across tumor sites is essential for optimal ADC selection and sequencing and for avoiding unnecessary re-biopsies.

Abstract

Several other ADCs, directed against TROP2, CLDN6, CDH6, ERBB2, B7-H4, MSLN, F3 (Tissue Factor), MUC16 (CA125), and NaPi2b, are under clinical evaluation. Understanding how these targets behave before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) and across tumor sites is essential for optimal ADC selection and sequencing and for avoiding unnecessary re-biopsies.
