71RO Sustained remission and long-term survival outcomes with dostarlimab plus chemotherapy in patients with dMMR/MSI-H primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer in the ENGOT-EN6-NSGO/GOG-3031/RUBY trial
Dostarlimab + carboplatin-paclitaxel (DOST+CP) demonstrated statistically significant PFS and clinically meaningful OS benefits in patients (pts) with dMMR/MSI-H primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (pA/R EC) in Part 1 of the phase III RUBY trial (NCT03981796). Here, we report updated efficacy with 4 y of follow-up in pts with dMMR/MSI-H pA/R EC and further summarized characteristics of pts with long-term disease control.
