34P Pembrolizumab (pembro) or placebo (pbo) + concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) for high-risk, locally advanced cervical cancer (LACC): Final analysis (FA) results from ENGOT-cx11/GOG-3047/KEYNOTE-A18 in participants (pts) enrolled in East Asia

In ENGOT-cx11/GOG-3047/KEYNOTE-A18 (NCT04221945), pembro (vs pbo) + CCRT significantly improved PFS and OS in the ITT population, with continued benefit at FA (HRs [95% CIs] of 0.72 [0.59–0.87] and 0.73 [0.57–0.94], respectively). In pts enrolled in East Asia, pembro + CCRT improved PFS at IA1 (median follow-up, 19.3 mo) and 2 (median follow-up, 31.2 mo), with HRs (95% CIs) of 0.55 (0.35-0.88) and 0.61 (0.40-0.93), respectively. We report FA results in pts enrolled in East Asia.
