96eP Frailty and malnutrition as prognostic factors in advanced endometrial cancer: A real-world study from Tunisia
Advanced endometrial cancer outcomes remain heterogeneous, particularly in older and frail patients, where chronological age poorly captures biological vulnerability. In low- and middle-income countries, access to comprehensive geriatric assessment is limited, and simple surrogate markers are urgently needed. This study investigates whether readily available clinical and nutritional parameters can serve as pragmatic prognostic tools in advanced endometrial cancer.
