161P Real-world comparative effectiveness of nab-paclitaxel and standard of care chemotherapies in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (COMPASS 2.0)
To compare the real-world effectiveness of nab-paclitaxel to other standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy regimens, including pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD), topotecan or gemcitabine in patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) treated in the first- or second-line setting and assess rates of selected real-world adverse events (rwAEs). Prior COMPASS analyses showed comparable rwPFS and overall survival (OS) for nab-paclitaxel and paclitaxel.
