76P A transcriptional angiogenesis score predicts poor outcome in endometrial carcinoma
Angiogenesis is a key driver of tumor progression in endometrial carcinoma (EC), yet the prognostic value of individual angiogenic markers remains inconsistent. We evaluated the clinical relevance of a composite transcriptional angiogenesis score and its association with survival outcomes, focusing on VEGFA and its relation to immune signaling and molecular subtypes.
