SAEE: A Frozen Empirical Phase Space Object for Convergent Computational Evolutionary Dynamics
SAEE is presented here as a frozen empirical phase space object derived from a constrained computational evolutionary system exhibiting strong attractor convergence and bounded diversity under fixed kernel conditions. This definition-only package publishes the public scientific definition, aggregate observational summaries, phase-space findings, and falsifiable candidate laws. It intentionally excludes executable code, runtime logic, kernel structure, mutation, selection, fitness, lineage internals, and private implementation details.
