TECHNICAL FALSIFICATION DOCUMENT III: Hydrodinamic Refraction Of The ÆTHER

This preprint constitutes the third official Technical Falsification Document issued under the framework of Solid-State Cosmology. Following the falsification of the Gravitational Constant (G) and the Galvanic Pair, this paper challenges the geometric model of General Relativity and the existence of dark matter through pure fluid dynamics and scalar pressure mechanics. Abstract: Institutional astrophysics assumes that the deflection of light around massive celestial bodies (gravitational lensing) is the result of the static geometric curvature of an immaterial "spacetime," as dictated by General Relativity. This document formally falsifies that premise by applying the fluid dynamics of the Æther. The curvature is redefined not as a geometric deformation of a vacuum, but as a phenomenon of pure optical refraction through a hyperdense gradient. A predictive algorithm is presented, demonstrating that the refractive index is strictly dependent on the Thermodynamic Activity Rate (Ψ_T) of the central Phase Transition Power Unit (PTPU), not merely its inert mass. An observational astronomical protocol is provided for immediate independent validation, decoupling mass from spatial curvature and simultaneously resolving the "dark matter" anomaly. Framework & Methodology: Rejection of empty spacetime in favor of the Æther (Solid-State Fluid) as a continuous, incompressible material medium. Redefinition of Gravity as Centripetal Implosion driven by a Toroidal Motor. Establishment of the Scalar Densification Equation and the Syntropic Refractive Index (ns). Formulation of an observational criterion for space telescopes (e.g., JWST) to definitively falsify mass-induced spatial curvature.
