"Version 2.0: The velocity trajectory graphs for Figure 11.1 and Figure 11.3 in Chapter 11 have been corrected and verified. The text content remains identical to version 1.0." Abstract/ Аннотация This paper presents a definitive instrumental and mathematical verification of S. Kozlov's fundamental concept concerning the genetic relationship between parent and daughter galactic systems within the Local Group, as well as the Virgo and Fornax clusters. Based on high-precision 3D astrometric and spectroscopic data from international catalogs, including Gaia DR3, NASA/IPAC NED, SDSS DR18, and LAMOST, a comprehensive trajectory analysis of 30 extragalactic objects was performed. It is demonstrated that the recession of satellite galaxies and globular clusters from their parental centers occurs not along radial rectilinear axes, but along curvilinking divergent logarithmic spirals governed by the laws of vortex fluid rheology and centrifugal secular mass-shedding. Mathematical modeling of a multi-level hierarchical cascade of mutual coplanar nesting ("Matryoshka" effect) exposes the true nature of the Doppler effect within curved vortex lines. It is mathematically proven that the "cosmic expansion of the Universe" and the "Hubble Tension" phenomenon, as recorded by mainstream astrophysics, constitute a pure opto-kinematic illusion. This illusion arises from the projection of relative velocity vectors onto the line of sight of a local observer situated inside a rotating spiral arm executing an overtaking maneuver. The obtained results anchor astrophysics back onto the rigorous foundation of classical mechanics, completely neutralizing the hypotheses of Dark Energy and Dark Matter at the periphery of galactic systems.
