On_the_Topological_Uniformization_and_Low_Entropy_Control_of_Multi_Body_Gravitational_Systems__A_Synthesis_of_Hilbert_s_Problems_within_the_Solar_Subs
This paper proposes a novel theoretical framework based on generalized dif-ferential geometry and low-entropy control theory, aiming to fully incorporate David Hilbert’s 23 classical mathematical problems into a holistic physical dynam-ics model of the Solar Subsystem. We introduce a modified mass-energy exchange formulation, E = mc2 (−L), and mathematically decompose the structural lossfunction into a governing control matrix set composed of five core dimensions: L = {Lthermal, Lflow, Lchemical, Linformational, Lstructural}. Specifically, this work pro-vides an in-depth investigation into the profound symbiotic duality between macro-scopic geometric continuity and microscopic localized stochasticity (such as highly turbulent stellar plasma flows) within cosmic dynamics. By mapping these chaoticperturbations onto stochastic differential tensors, we demonstrate how microscopic random noise is geometrically confined and asymptotically converges into macro-scopic limit cycles. Concurrently, by excavating the historical context of wars, famines, and revolutions surrounding the year 1900, we unveil a psychological pro-file of Hilbert’s pursuit of pure axiomatic rationalism as an intellectual defense mechanism against the chaos and degradation (−L) of the real world. Abandoningcircular arguments that pull pure mathematical symbols back into mathematics, this study relies strictly on direct comparisons with real astronomical observationsand high-precision historical data to construct a rigorous topological correction blueprint for multi-body systems over vast historical durations, thereby establish-ing a rigid mathematical and humanistic foundation for the inheritance of a Type IV Technological Civilization. This paper presents the formal mathematical layout for Chapters 4,5, and 6 of the comprehensive low-entropy planetary framework. We demonstrate how classical astronomical observations and multi-body grav-itational chaos can be uniformized using topological surgeries rooted in Hilbert’s mathematical challenges. Furthermore, we introduce the Civi-lizational Anharmonic Tensor to model anthropic presence as a dynamic coordinate, providing a topological correction to the Fermi Paradox withinthe Solar Subsystem.
