GCFT-0432: BF Coefficient Extraction Gate — fj, Electroweak Projection, and τ-Transport Audit for SM-G02

This paper audits the missing source objects required to evaluate the BF-overlap formulation developed in GCFT-0431. The analysis demonstrates that the necessary BF kernel, Peter-Weyl coefficients, electroweak projection map, normalized overlap basis, and scale transport are not yet available within the archived derivation chain. Replay equations and acceptance criteria are provided while preserving the blinded weak-angle protocol.
