The Tau Homeostasis Atlas (THA) – A Comprehensive Framework for Medicine Based on the All‑Universal Cycle Theory (AUCT)

Modern medicine has reached a paradigm crisis: chronic, autoimmune, and neuropsychiatric diseases are rising, yet their root causes remain elusive. Building on the All‑Universal Cycle Theory (AUCT), this article introduces the Tau Homeostasis Atlas (THA) — the first dynamic 3D map of the transition field τ (tau) in the human body. In this framework, health is defined as the maintenance of τ‑density (ρ_τ) within the homeostatic window specific to each tissue, while disease is a forced phase shift toward hyper‑τ (inflammation, cancer, seizures) or hypo‑τ (fibrosis, degeneration, depression). We present non‑invasive measurement technologies, quantitative indices (THI and TDI), predictive algorithms, and therapeutic protocols based on τ‑modulation. The implications span all branches of medicine — from neuroscience to nutrition — and herald the end of the mechanical age in medicine and the beginning of the field‑based era.
