Scientific Ontology (SO) / 存在境界論: Public Edition v4.1.0

Scientific Ontology (SO) / 存在境界論 Public Edition v4.1.0 expands the public research and application layers established in v4.0.0. This release introduces new Research Notes on AI adoption, History-Field Topology, and the Logical-depth Axis together with a new Applications layer for AI adoption. It preserves the existing publication policy, claim-strength management, terminology governance, and public/private boundary while extending the publicly discussable conceptual framework. Scientific Ontology is a boundary-oriented conceptual framework for studying existence, history, communication, meaning, ethics, AI applications, and institutional interpretation through iterative publication, practical application, and conceptual refinement. This release is not a complete formal specification, empirical scientific theory, AI runtime package, policy doctrine, or disclosure of private core materials. Japanese descriptions remain the primary conceptual reference where meanings diverge, and English text is treated as commensurated rendering rather than fixed word-for-word translation. Notes: This release expands the public research and application layers while preserving the publication policy, public/private boundary, terminology governance, and claim-strength management established in earlier public editions. Earlier releases remain archived within the Zenodo record family for historical continuity.
