Front Cover: Selective Oxidation of Primary Amines to Nitriles Catalyzed by the Ru‐Doped Hexagonal Perovskite SrMnO 3 (Adv. Synth. Catal. 13/2026)
Selective Oxidation Primary amines undergo selective transformation through catalytic “gear” cooperation among Sr, Mn, and Ru species on the oxide surface. The Sr/Mn catalytic gears promote the formation of secondary imine dimers, whereas the additional involvement of Ru shifts the reaction pathway toward nitrile production, demonstrating precise control of product selectivity by multimetallic catalysis.
