Three-Regime Post-Mortem Network Dynamics Across 19 GTEx V8 Tissues: Convergence, Divergence, and Biological Predictors
We identify three stable post-mortem transcriptome network regimes across 19 GTEx V8 tissues (N=14,697 samples): robust convergence in brain, skeletal muscle, heart, and pancreas; robust divergence in colon and breast; and network neutrality in eleven tissues. Results are validated with FDR correction, bootstrap CI, and five systematic robustness controls. Independent replication in GSE80655 (N=278). Biological meta-analysis identifies cellularity and basal metabolic rate as primary predictors of convergence. All code available at kaggle.com/igormerlinicomposer.
