Constraint-Integrated Glyphic Control System (CIGCS): Render-Boundary Enforcement, Admissibility Governance, and Cryptographically Verifiable Authorization for Adaptive Interface Sources

Constraint-Integrated Glyphic Control System (CIGCS) is a formal technical specification defining a runtime-enforced governance architecture for adaptive interface sources. Derived from the Constitutional State Governance (CSG) theoretical framework, CIGCS establishes a privileged external enforcement plane that evaluates every proposed canonical glyph representation against deterministic admissibility and independent safety predicates before authorizing render effectuation. Authorization is realized through cryptographically verifiable Render Authorization Artifacts (RAAs), which are validated at a mandatory render boundary prior to any rendered output. Failed, expired, replayed, or otherwise invalid authorization artifacts result in deterministic fail-closed rejection, preventing unsafe or unauthorized interface-state transitions. The specification introduces monotone constraint-set governance, under which admissibility constraints may tighten autonomously but may relax only through cryptographically verified, human-issued override authorization. Every evaluation, authorization decision, verification event, and render transition is recorded within an external append-only, hash-chained audit structure, providing independently verifiable evidence of governance and enforcement. The manuscript formally defines the mathematical model underlying CIGCS through deterministic admissibility evaluation, render acceptance, monotone constraint evolution, cryptographic authorization, eight constitutional invariants, and supporting formal lemmas. It presents the architectural principles, governance semantics, security properties, and operational structure of the system while intentionally excluding implementation-specific algorithms and deployment internals. This publication serves as the Version 1.0 archival specification of the Constraint-Integrated Glyphic Control System.
