(Partial-Deviation Mathematics: A Physically Anchored Derivation from the Cosmic Microwave Background Temperature)

This paper attempts to anchor the purely mathematical Partial-Deviation constant ε, introduced in the foundational paper 0-∞.0, to an empirical physical observable: the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) temperature T_cmb ≈ 2.72548 K. We propose that the residual ε is not merely a formal symbol but corresponds to a real physical bias embedded in the universe's initial condition. By examining the structure of symmetry breaking in the early universe, we derive a mapping between ε and the CMB monopole temperature. The derivation proceeds from the Yin-Yang Two-Phase Oscillator model, in which each universal breath cycle introduces an irreducible directional preference δ₀ ≈ 10⁻⁶⁰. We show that ε is the mathematical projection of this physical escape bias. When ε → 0, the model degenerates to classical CMB cosmology with perfect isotropy. We provide a tentative falsification condition: if future CMB observations demonstrate that the temperature monopole is exactly isotropic with zero residual directional preference at the 10⁻⁶⁰ level, then the physically anchored Partial-Deviation framework is falsified.
