Artian's HVP Source-Access Reference Framework
A finite exact-scalar-locked camera test for the BaBar line-shape stress Version: 44.01 Concept DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20732034 Author: Ali Attar Website: quantumtraction.org Main book anchor: Quantum Traction Theory: Main Book v10.01 The HVP tension in the two-pion channel is not one question. Once the BaBar \(e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-\) row is read through its full covariance packet, the integrated \(a_\mu\) direction and the covariance-orthogonal line shape separate: \[ \chi^2_{\rm full}=z_{a_\mu}^{2}+\chi^2_{\rm sh}. \] In the primary window \[ 0.600<\sqrt{s}<0.880\,{\rm GeV}, \] the scalar direction is only moderately pulled, \[ z_{a_\mu}=-1.9753069836215,\qquad p_{a_\mu}=0.04823332120278627, \] while the identity-camera line-shape sector is sharply stressed: \[ \chi^2_{\rm sh}(I)=58495.38442559349,\qquad \nu_{\rm sh}=139,\qquad \chi^2_{\rm sh}(I)/\nu_{\rm sh}=420.8301037812481. \] Version 44.01 tests whether that stress can be absorbed by a finite ISR access camera without changing the frozen QTT two-pion source and without moving the integrated HVP scalar. The declared camera is \[ \mathcal C_d^{\mathbf m}(s) = \frac{ \exp\!\left[ \frac{15}{512\rho}\sum_{r=1}^{7}m_r\widehat\psi_{r,d}(s) \right]} {\left\langle \exp\!\left[ \frac{15}{512\rho}\sum_{r=1}^{7}m_r\widehat\psi_{r,d} \right]\right\rangle_{a_\mu,d}}, \qquad \rho=2\pi\cos(\pi/8). \] The denominator is the exact branch-level scalar lock: \[ \sum_i w_{d,i}\sigma_{{\rm src},i}^{\rm QTT}\mathcal C_{d,i}^{\mathbf m} = \sum_i w_{d,i}\sigma_{{\rm src},i}^{\rm QTT}. \] The finite integer class is printed before the verdict: \[ \mathcal M(7,2,3)= \left\{ \mathbf m\in\mathbb Z^7: \|{\mathbf m}\|_\infty\le2,\, \|{\mathbf m}\|_0\le3 \right\}, \qquad |\mathcal M(7,2,3)|=2605. \] The seven rails are \[ \{\widehat\psi_{r,d}\}_{r=1}^{7} = \{\Phi_{\rm AO},D\Phi_{\rm AO},D^2\Phi_{\rm AO}, \Phi_{\rm rad},\Phi_{\rm FSR},\Phi_{\rho{\rm fam}},\Phi_{\rm bin}\}. \] The finite enumeration is executed over all \(2605\) branches. The best BaBar branch is \[ \mathbf m_\ast=(2,0,-2,0,0,0,-2), \qquad \chi^2_{\rm sh}=37230.3100880383, \qquad \chi^2_{\rm sh}/139=267.8439574679014. \] The scalar direction stays fixed to machine precision: \[ a_{\mu,\rm model}=375.3514558287997\times10^{-10}, \qquad z_{a_\mu}=-1.9753069836214918, \qquad |\Delta a_\mu^{\rm camera}|<6\times10^{-14}. \] The source is held fixed throughout the execution: \[ \frac{\partial R_{2\pi}^{\rm src,QTT}} {\partial\{\mathcal C_d^{\mathbf m},\mathbf y_d,\Sigma_d\}}=0. \] Therefore the V44.01 verdict is not a hidden normalization fit. It is a finite, source-independent access-camera test: \[ Q_{\rm seven\ rail}^{44.01}=0,\qquad Q_{\rm scalar\ lock}^{44.01}=1,\qquad Q_{\rm source\ retune}^{44.01}=0. \] The camera class improves the BaBar line-shape stress while preserving the HVP area, but it remains far from green. The result turns the remaining stress into a sharper fork: derive a more physical timelike access camera with independent provenance, or treat the frozen two-pion source line shape as a falsifier candidate.
