The Separation of Generation and Trace : An Information-Theoretic Framework for Mathematical Correspondences
Prime numbers and the zeta function, the πΈ8 lattice and Eisenstein series, the Monster group and the π½-invariant β these correspondences are phenomena that have been independently discovered and studied across different fields of mathematics. This paper proposes the hypothesis that these phenomena may be field-specific manifestations of a single information structure: the Separation of Generation and Trace. Ξππ =π^2ππ This paper demonstrates that the same generation-trace separation pattern β a dual projection structure where a quadratic structure (π^2, generation layer) preserved by a symmetry group is projected through a linear Fourier readout tool (π, trace layer) β is observed across these three mathematical fields, and establishes the common structure mathematically. Furthermore, it argues that this information-dynamic hierarchy is consistent with physical manifestations. The central shift proposed by this paper is the transition of time from a background variable in equations to a structurally defined coordinate axis. From this single transition, the directionality ππ‘ > 0 follows as a structural consequence, the separation of Generation and Trace arises upon it, and the mathematical correspondences independently discovered across different fields emerge as field-specific expressions of a single underlying structure. Ultimately, the goal is to provide a unified framework through which phenomena that have beenindividually studied in number theory, lattice theory, group theory, and physics can be comprehensively understood upon a foundation of single structural consistency.
