Genome resequencing of Neolamarckia cadamba

Neolamarckia cadamba (Roxb.) Bosser, belonging to the family Rubiaceae, is a fast-growing tree species native to Guangdong, Guangxi, and Yunnan provinces of China, and is also distributed in Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. Its wood is used for industrial and medicinal purposes. To support genetic conservation, breeding, evolution, and taxonomic studies, genome resequencing of N. cadamba was sequenced.
