RNA-seq Analysis Reveals the Biological Role of TSG6 in Acute kidney injury
In this study, we investigated the underlying cellular mechanisms using an in vitro hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) model in HK2 cells. Human renal proximal tubular epithelial (HK-2) cells were transfected to knock down TSG6, with empty vector-transfected cells serving as the negative control (NC). RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to profile transcriptomic changes, enabling comprehensive analysis of TSG6 knockdown-induced alterations in differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and alternative splicing events (ASEs) under H/R stress.
