SRE-MDS Engine 使用说明书 / User Manual
SRE-MDS Engine (v1.0): A Background-Independent Spacetime Emergence & Metric Reduction Toolkit This open-source mathematical toolkit provides a standardized, fully decoupled Python reference implementation of the foundational coordinate-free mapping principle framework formulated in SRE (State Relational Entropy) Dynamics v6.1. Designed to bypass the limitations of continuous Riemannian metrics and conventional iterative optimization constraints, the engine establishes a deterministic mathematical dual-bridge between dimensionless causal matrix representations and macro-physical coordinate spaces: Forward Mapping (Spacetime Dissipation): Synthesizes spatial measure matrices down into abstract, dimensionless continuous soft-spin relational tensors (\(\mathbfit{M}_{N\times N}\)) with controlled topological fluctuation models. Inverse Mapping (Analytical Emergence): Reconstructs rigid geometric target structures purely from abstract relational matrices via a closed-form Classical MDS (Principal Coordinate Analysis) operator paired with an SVD-based Orthogonal Procrustes Chirality Lock. By bypassing SMACOF optimization traps, the engine achieves deterministic, sub-millimeter level spatial recovery directly on the eigenspace, securing rigid coordinate alignment down to the machine precision boundary (\(MSE \approx 10^{-15}\)). This package serves as an authoritative, cross-disciplinary computational companion verifying background-independence across deep cosmological network modeling, localized fault strain analytics, and non-local holographic quantum communications.
