Structural Gravitational Waves v1.4: Detector Network Integration
Structural Gravitational Waves v1.4: Detector Network Integration This release presents v1.4 of the Structural Gravitational Waves (SGW) series, introducing an illustrative coherent detector-network framework for structural gravitational-wave analyses across the LIGO–Virgo–KAGRA (HLVK) network. Building upon the hierarchical Bayesian inference framework developed in v1.2 and the waveform modeling framework introduced in v1.3, this work extends the SGW program to coherent multi-detector inference with correlated detector systematics and network-level validation. The framework includes: Coherent multi-detector likelihood for H1, L1, V1, and K1 Detector network geometry, antenna patterns, and sky localization Correlated systematics modeling (calibration, PSD, environmental, detector-specific) Schumann resonance and environmental coupling framework Cross-detector covariance and correlation inference Waveform closure tests using null streams Polarization closure and network consistency tests KAGRA integration with detector-specific systematic modeling Real-time low-latency detector-network pipeline Network validation battery (N1–N6) Illustrative coherent O4 HLVK population analysis Population posterior update for the structural deviation parameter ε Roadmap toward v1.5 Propagation Tests Illustrative examples demonstrate how coherent detector-network analysis can improve parameter estimation, population constraints, robustness against correlated systematics, and detector-network consistency within the proposed framework. This publication completes the core detector-network infrastructure of the Structural Gravitational Waves program and provides the foundation for future propagation tests, cosmological applications, and precision structural-gravity analyses. They do not represent analyses of actual LIGO–Virgo–KAGRA observational data.
