Carboxylated <scp>PPS</scp> / <scp>BN</scp> /Basalt Fiber Composites: High Thermal Conductivity and Low Dielectric Constant for Antenna Oscillators

ABSTRACT In this work, a series of CPPS‐based antenna oscillator composites (CPPS/BF/BN) with tunable properties was prepared using a ternary synergistic design strategy of “structurally active matrix + micro/nano thermally conductive filler + inorganic reinforcing fibers” to achieve an optimal balance of dielectric properties, thermal conductivity efficiency, and mechanical strength. The basic and thermal properties were characterized by FT‐IR, XRD, XPS, DSC, and TGA, and the results showed that the composites were successfully prepared, with a melting point distribution around 282°C. In addition, the thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of the material were investigated, and it was found that the CPPS/BF/BN‐3 material has a very high thermal conductivity (1.378 W·m −1 K −1 ) with a low dielectric constant (3.62) and dielectric loss (0.009) at a frequency of 2.5 GHz. All of the materials had good resistance to extreme environments, with a maximum weight loss of no more than 0.13% under acid, alkali, salt, and high‐temperature conditions.
