R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT) LVIII: Quantum Information Cosmology and Black Hole Information Dynamics

This volume presents a unified framework for quantum information dynamics in cosmology and black hole physics. A covariant information flow equation is derived, showing that cosmological expansion and black hole evaporation are distinct solutions of the same master equation, distinguished by the sign of the expansion scalar and horizon boundary conditions. Applications include constraints on cosmological parameters, Hawking radiation correlations, Page curve behavior, and gravitational-wave signatures.

Abstract

This volume presents a unified framework for quantum information dynamics in cosmology and black hole physics. A covariant information flow equation is derived, showing that cosmological expansion and black hole evaporation are distinct solutions of the same master equation, distinguished by the sign of the expansion scalar and horizon boundary conditions. Applications include constraints on cosmological parameters, Hawking radiation correlations, Page curve behavior, and gravitational-wave signatures.
