ACTA UNIVERSI AND THEORY OF OBJECTIVITY: information, consciousness, and modal discipline in a critical-propositional analysis of the emergence of spacetime from thought entropy and integrated information

This article presents a critical-propositional analysis of Dmitry Eduardovich Yashchenko’s Acta Universi: Emergent Spacetime from Entropy of Thought and Integrated Information (2026), in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO) developed by Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva. The study examines the convergences and tensions between the Acta Universi hypothesis and the modal discipline of TO, especially regarding spacetime emergence, non-locality, integrated information, consciousness, radiation-information, phenomenic elements, Inducing Effects, the TO cosmogonic theorem, and the cosmological Eras of the Theory of Objectivity. The article argues that Acta Universi offers a highly fertile field of dialogue with TO by rejecting spacetime as an ultimate foundation and by granting information a constitutive role in cosmology. However, it also identifies important tensions, particularly the ontological centrality given to consciousness and thought-forms, whereas TO understands the transcendent element as knowledge or information produced in atomic relations, equivalent to atomic radiations. The analysis concludes that the strongest TO-compatible reinterpretation of Acta Universi is not that thought creates geometry, but that objective relations produce radiation-information as a transcendent cosmological element. Abstract
