Thermally optimized and energy-efficient flow of Jeffrey hybrid nanofluid (AA7072–AA7075/engine oil) through a porous medium with non-fourier heat flux and nonlinear radiation

Owing to synergistic nanoparticle interactions, the hybrid nanomaterials exhibit enhanced thermal characteristics, thereby specifying primary role in enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of advanced thermal management systems. The motivated investigation presents thermally optimized and energy-efficient heat and mass transfer features of Jeffrey hybrid nanofluid composed of aluminum alloys (AA7072–AA7075) with engine oil base fluid. The mathematical formulation accounts the implementation of Cattaneo–Christov heat flux model to address the non-Fourier's behavior, enabling the capture of finite thermal relaxation features in modern energy systems. Additionally, nonlinear radiated effects and shape features are assumed to predict the high-temperature environments encountered in the practical thermal engineering applications. The governing equations are solved numerically with help of shooting technique. Physical interpretation of key parameters has been presented. It has been observed that thermal relaxation significant delay the heat propagation, improving the thermal control and energy efficiency, while nonlinear radiated phenomenon improves the thermal field. The hybrid nanomaterials exhibit enhanced thermal efficiency as compared to conventional nanofluid.
