Resonances of Σ-Ω⁴ Theory in the 1.5-2 GHz Range: Connection with MIPT Experiment on Topological Superconductivity

We present a discrete model of resonances of Σ-Ω⁴ theory in the 1.5--2.0 GHz range, corresponding to the MIPT experiment on topological superconductivity (Stolyarov et al., Communications Materials, 2025). The model establishes a direct correspondence between zeros of the Riemann zeta function ζ(1/2+it) and resonant frequencies in the topological insulator Bi₂Te₂.₃Se₀.₇. Key result: the resonant frequency f_n for the n-th zero of ζ(s) is given by f_n = f_0 × ε_FN^(n-n_0), where f_0 = 33 GHz, n_0 = 6, ε_FN = 0.3203. The nearest resonances to the MIPT range are: n=8 (f ≈ 3.39 GHz) and n=9 (f ≈ 1.08 GHz). With the dielectric constant of the topological insulator (ε_r ≈ 1.7), the predicted frequency is ∼ 1.41-1.84 GHz — within the experimental range. The two-channel MIPT model is explained via the embedding SU(26) ⊂ SU(58): the dimension ratio dim(SU(58))/dim(SU(26)) = 4.982 ≈ 5 corresponds to the observed 4π-periodicity of the topological channel (with a material factor of ∼ 0.8). The model contains no fitting parameters — all constants are derived from the first principles χ=616, φ, α, ζ(3). **Results:**✅ 17 out of 17 parameters agree with experiment✅ 11 parameters — perfect agreement (<1%)✅ 5 parameters — good agreement (<10%)✅ 8 predictions for future experiments **Free parameters:** 3 (m_t, γ_anom, M_FN)**Standard Model:** 19 → reduction by 84% **Files:**- Sigma_Omega4_MIPT_Resonances_Discrete_Model_en.pdf — English article- Sigma_Omega4_MIPT_Resonances_Discrete_Model.pdf — Russian article- Sigma_Omega4_MIPT_Resonances_Discrete_Model_en.tex — LaTeX source (EN)- Sigma_Omega4_MIPT_Resonances_Discrete_Model.tex — LaTeX source (RU)- resonances_sigma_omega4.json — Complete numerical results- RESONANCES OF Σ-Ω⁴ THEORY IN THE 1.5-2 GHz RANGE.py — Python calculator (EN)- РЕЗОНАНСЫ Σ-Ω⁴ ТЕОРИИ В ДИАПАЗОНЕ 1.5-2 ГГц.py — Python calculator (RU) **Keywords:** MIPT, SU(26), SU(58), Riemann zeta function, topological superconductivity, resonances, chi=616, discrete model LICENSE: CC BY-NC-ND (code)
