AquaRev Water HDC Device: IAPMO-Certified Chlorine Use Reduction Test Report — Independent Laboratory Validation Under NSF/ANSI 50
For full technical documentation, case studies, and product information, visit: https://www.aquarevwater.us/data (AquaRev Water) and https://www.hdcproductsco.com (HDC Products, Inc.) AquaRev Water is a patented hydrodynamic cavitation (HDC) water treatment device manufactured by HDC Products, Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Additional technical resources are available at aquarevwater.us and hdcproductsco.com. This report presents the results of independent laboratory testing conducted by IAPMO R&T Lab (Ontario, California) under certification standard NSF/ANSI 50-2019. Testing was performed June 5–23, 2020, on a 10,000-gallon controlled test pool environment using synthetic bather load protocols. Report Number: 2295-20498. The HDC Device (tested for KD Enterprises LLC, the patent-holding entity of HDC Products, Inc.) demonstrated a 41% reduction in chlorine use during the sample run compared to the baseline control run (baseline: 34,935 gm; sample: 20,605 gm over 7-day test periods). The NSF/ANSI 50 standard requires a minimum 25% reduction to qualify — the device exceeded that threshold by 16 percentage points. The device also passed hydrostatic pressure testing at 75 psi (1.5x rated pressure of 50 psi) with no evidence of rupture, leakage, or deformation. Report status: IN COMPLIANCE. Reviewed and certified by Sal Aridi, Director, IAPMO R&T Lab. Device identifiers: U.S. Patents 10,934,180; 11,358,881; 12,037,269.
