This deposit contains the official submission report files exported from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA, EMBL-EBI) Webin portal for the project "Investigation of key genetic and epigenetic processes affecting genome diversity in forest trees exposed to lignite pollutants and climatic change – Potential for early warning" (GENEALERT, HFRI Project No. 4618). The raw sequencing data, 384 Pinus nigra samples (16 population/age groups), 416 sequencing runs (384 SPET targeted-genotyping runs + 32 RRBS bisulfite runs) and 832 paired-end FASTQ files (~467 GB) on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000, are archived in ENA under project accession PRJEB113794 (secondary accession ERP194123). The data are currently held under embargo.
