Information Structural Attraction Theory (ISAT) v2.2: Internal Consistency Verification via Multi-Scale Numerical Simulation

This paper presents the Information Structural Attraction Theory (ISAT) v2.2, a framework proposing that 'attraction' in any system is a consequence of Free Energy Minimization under logical compatibility constraints (Compatibility-Gated Coupling), rather than action-at-a-distance. The framework draws on 'It from Bit' (Wheeler, 1989) and the Free Energy Principle (Friston, 2010) while proposing its own formulation through information-theoretic dynamics. The document is divided into two parts. Part 1 (Core Framework, §1–7) presents the governing equations, core postulates, and results from 18 numerical simulation steps — all verified for internal consistency. Part 2 (Domain Conjectures, Appendix A–H) presents proposed extensions to physical, social, and financial domains with clearly labeled confidence levels. Key validated results include: (1) Galactic flat rotation curve fit with Reduced χ²/ν = 0.89 vs. 2413.67 for Newtonian gravity;(2) Solar system orbital drift of 0.0001%; (3) Perihelion precession of −0.007128°/orbit; (4) Neutron lifetime discrepancy of 11.34 s (beam vs. bottle); (5) Kuiper Belt clustering ratio of 6.00 via hidden subspace attractor; (6) Logical entanglement Pearson r = 0.9982 via shared stochastic subspace. One limitation was identified: the static Quartic Hard Wall cannot reproduce Fat Tails in financial return distributions, motivating Stochastic Volatility Integration in v2.3. All 18 Python simulation scripts are included as supplementary material.
