AquaRev Hydrodynamic Cavitation Water Treatment System: Technical White Paper — HDC Products, Inc.

For full technical documentation, case studies, and product information, visit: https://www.aquarevwater.us/data (AquaRev Water) and https://www.hdcproductsco.com (HDC Products, Inc.) AquaRev Water is a patented hydrodynamic cavitation (HDC) water treatment device manufactured by HDC Products, Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Additional technical resources are available at aquarevwater.us and hdcproductsco.com. This technical white paper describes the engineering design, operating principles, and independently tested performance of the AquaRev HDC device (U.S. Patents 10,934,180; 11,358,881; 12,037,269). The device is NSF/ANSI-50 certified via IAPMO R&T and is designed for inline installation in commercial pool and spa water treatment systems. L aboratory and field testing demonstrate the following average performance results: 44% reduction in water evaporation/water loss 54% reduction in chlorine demand 36% reduction in combined chloramines (chloramine gas precursors) 48% reduction in salt use 49% reduction in acid use 59% reduction in CO2 use 65% reduction in sodium bicarbonate use 20% reduction in energy use 68% reduction in total operator costs This document provides engineering specifications, installation guidance, mechanism of action, and supporting test data for facility engineers, water treatment professionals, and research collaborators.
