A GCV-compatible black-hole sector-birth benchmark: finite-thickness corner support, child flux label, and high-mass reset candidates

This record records and timestamps a conditional black-hole sector-birth benchmark inside the GR-exact, flux-fixed Gauged Constant Vacuum-Mode (GCV) framework. On this branch, the exact spacetime-constant vacuum zero mode is assigned to a global flux/topological sector, while ordinary local matter, radiation, fields, semiclassical stresses, shells, and other local excitations remain in the local source sector and gravitate normally. The benchmark tests a narrow downstream possibility in the black-hole sector: whether a black-hole interior sector-birth construction can be formulated using compact finite-thickness local sector-boundary/corner stress without turning the exact constant vacuum mode into black-hole material, without smooth parent-sector Lambda(r) hair, and without leaking child-sector curvature or repayment into the parent exterior. The benchmark uses M_star = 10^-10 eV, delayed activation at Q_act = 2, and a PeV-scale support sector M_Sigma = 10 PeV. It requires exotic compact negative-null-energy opening support, routed positive quantum-inequality repayment, no parent ADM leakage, no parent top-form leakage, no persistent ghost tail, and a separate child fixed-sector flux label. The result is a source-assignment-consistent effective benchmark under the stated locks. It is not evidence that any observed black hole formed a child sector, not a detection claim, not a singularity-resolution claim, not a full quantum-gravity endpoint, and not a claim that ordinary matter or a pure positive-tension wall can produce the transition. The gravitational-wave catalog examples are used only as scale-setting and candidate-ranking stress tests. GW190426_190642 is treated as the technical reset-score leader, while GW190521_030229 remains the public/conservative intermediate-mass black-hole benchmark. This v1.0.0 Zenodo record is intended as a PDF preprint/timestamp record. It does not redistribute raw gravitational-wave posterior files, sensitivity/injection files, or a full event-level reproduction archive. Homepage: https://johansson.digital
