CONSTITUTIONAL REPLAY LAW The Governing Rules of Replay-Authoritative Determination

The Constitutional Replay-Authority corpus has now defined the category of replay-authoritative systems, diagnosed the legitimacy gap those systems must address, supplied a taxonomy of constitutional concepts, identified the primitive architecture on which legitimacy depends, explained how authority originates, established the requirement of Constitutional Identity for recognizing the same authority-bearing subjects, and articulated the conditions under which authority remains continuous across time and change. These contributions together form a coherent constitutional theory of authority-bearing computational decision-making. They do not yet supply the body of rules by which replay-authoritative determinations are made. This paper supplies that final element. It introduces Constitutional Replay Law as the body of constitutional rules governing replay admissibility, replay sufficiency, replay authority, replay invalidity, replay exclusion, and replay consequence. The analysis develops the required concepts of Constitutional Replay Law, Replay Rule of Recognition, Replay Admissibility, Replay Sufficiency, Replay Invalidity, Replay Exclusion, Replay Conflict Rules, and Replay Consequence. It demonstrates that a replay-authoritative system becomes constitutionally complete only when it can state the rules by which replay is admitted, judged, excluded, invalidated, and given consequence. The paper concludes that Constitutional Replay Law completes the foundational corpus. With this paper, the theory now possesses a category, a problem, a taxonomy, primitives, authority origination, identity, continuity, and governing law. Replay-authoritative determination is no longer merely possible in principle; it is now governed by a coherent constitutional rule-system.
