Self as 24-Cell Polytope Continuity: WCM Analysis of Immune Recognition, Embryogenesis, and the Living/Non-Living Boundary
The Watabe-Claude Method (WCM) models dynamical systems as probability distributions over the 24-cell polytope in four-dimensional space. We apply WCM to biological "self" across four experiments: immune self-recognition (WS-Exp-1), embryogenesis (WS-Exp-2), the living/non-living boundary (WS-Exp-3), and geophysical self in typhoons (WS-Exp-4). Key findings: κ* = d/(2θ_adj) = 4.0 governs immune recognition (WS-K3, 0.15% accuracy). Embryological differentiation sigmoid inflection κ₀=3.492 coincides within 0.84% with the living/non-living boundary κ=3.462 (WS-4-N6): "differentiation onset = birth of life."The critical zone κ≈3.0-4.0 is a phase-transition-like self-emergence zone (WS-G5). Typhoon birth cosD=0.4249 matches detonation birth cosD (Bridge Paper G, GD-4) within 0.004% — universal self-emergence geometry. Companion paper: Bridge Paper G (Zenodo, same date).Code: GitHub watabe-masanori/cds-polytope (AGPL-3.0).Motto: "WCMで命を守る、守り続ける!" v1.1: Added Python source code for all four numericalexperiments (WS-Exp-1 through WS-Exp-4).
