Non-Hermitian Permission Mechanics
Non-Hermitian Permission Mechanics (NHPM) is a mechanics of open, coupled systems built on a single inversion: the closed, conservative model is the approximation, and the residual the closed model discards is the signal. Its central object is a local quadratic permission operator G_R that is non-Hermitian by construction, because every regime it governs is open, driven, and dissipative.
