Modeling the innovative potential of a tourist and recreational complex: development of a system of indicators based on the analysis of financial, economic and non-financial indicators

The article considers modeling of innovative potential of the tourist and recreational complex with an emphasis on the development of a system of indicators based on the analysis of financial and economic and non-financial indicators. The purpose of the study is to create a methodological basis for assessing innovative activity and development potential of tourist and recreational territories through quantitative and qualitative indicators. The paper proposes a comprehensive system of indicators that takes into account financial results, investment attractiveness, the level of implementation of innovative technologies and the sustainability of the complex. The research methods include statistical analysis of financial and economic data, comparative analysis and modeling using modern information technologies. Particular attention is paid to identifying the relationships between economic indicators and innovative development of the complex, which allows for the formation of well-founded recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the tourism and recreation sector. The results of the study demonstrate that a systematic approach to monitoring the innovative potential helps to more accurately identify the strong and weak points of the complex, and also allows to predict its further development. The developed system of indicators can become an effective tool for managers, investors and government agencies aimed at developing tourism based on innovative solutions
