UNDERLYING PROPERTIES LENS AND SOURCE CODE: a critical-propositional analysis of Daniel Avilés Hurtado in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity
This article presents a critical-propositional analysis of Daniel Avilés Hurtado’s The Underlying Properties Lens and the Source Code Hypothesis: Two Tools for Analyzing Reality (2026), in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO). The study examines the possible convergences and tensions between Avilés Hurtado’s underlying properties lens, his source code hypothesis, and the modal architecture of the TO, especially regarding axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, the cosmogonic theorem, cosmological Eras, and radiation-information as the transcendent element produced in atomic relations. The article argues that Avilés Hurtado’s methodological proposal offers a strong bridge to the TO by identifying recurrent patterns, cross-domain structural isomorphisms, local adaptive efficiency, and possible rules prior to ordinary descriptive laws. At the same time, it emphasizes that the Theory of Objectivity requires a stronger modal derivation from the logical Nothing, distinguishing empirical recurrence from ontological necessity.
