Single Substrate Excitation, Two Metric Registrations: No-Signaling and the Tsirelson Bound from Positive Registration States
This upload is a linked technical companion to the Conformal Primacy manuscript. It isolates the registration structure needed for a single substrate excitation to appear as two metric-local registrations in a bipartite entanglement setting. The companion shows that positive normalized registration states on commuting local effect algebras yield no-signaling, exclude Popescu-Rohrlich boxes, and imply the Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt Tsirelson bound by a standard sum-of-squares argument. The note also gives a conditional conformal-kernel realization in which reflection-positive Euclidean substrate data reconstruct a positive-frequency branch with spectrum in the closed future cone. The result is stated at the registration-structure level. It does not derive the final conformal substrate dynamics, the detailed representation content of the registration map, or the interacting action. Those remain completion targets for the broader Conformal Primacy program. This companion is not required for the mass-clock redshift, horizon-entropy, or background-cosmology results of the main Conformal Primacy manuscript.
